  • How does Acupuncture Work?

    Tiny needles are inserted at specific points on the body. This allows the body to heal itself naturally by increasing circulation, strengthening the organs, boosting the immune system, and moving energy throughout the body where it is needed.

  • Why doesn’t it hurt?

    The Acupuncture needles are painless because their size is not much larger than a cat's whisker. The tiny needles are pre-sterilized and disposable.

  • How is Chinese Medicine different from Western Medicine?

    Chinese Medicine treats the cause of the disease allowing the body to heal itself. Western Medicine focuses primarily on the patient’s symptoms using pharmaceuticals, oftentimes creating side effects. Chinese medicine treats the cause of the problem, while Western medicine tends to simply mask the symptoms.

  • What is our purpose?

    To help as many people as possible to avoid any unnecessary medicines or surgeries. We strive to have acupuncture be considered the primary course of care for one’s health.

  • Does insurance cover Acupuncture?

    Since the acceptance of Acupuncture by the National Institute of Health, Acupuncture is covered by Mail Handlers, United Health Care, and Federal Blue Cross Blue Shield when provided by a Nationally Certified Licensed Acupuncturist.

  • How much does it cost?

    Acupuncture treatments are $85.00 each. We do offer savings when treatments are bought in bundles ahead of time.
